OWL’s First Leadership Summit!

On February 3-4, 2022, OWL held its inaugural Leadership Summit, sponsored by Zeiss. A group of leaders from across ophthalmology gathered at the Balboa Bay Resort in Newport Beach, CA, to brush up their leadership skills, learn new tactics, and network with their peers. 

Addressing topics such as negotiation skills, making an impact beyond your job title, navigating uncertainty, and taking care of employees while taking care of business, our esteemed faculty gave us an event to remember.
