I’d Like to Join the Program but I have a conflict with Webinar Dates/Times.
We understand. Join as many as you can live – you’ll get more from the interactive nature of the instruction – but for an unavoidable conflict, be sure to watch the recording for the dates you missed.

Is your program strictly for Women?
No. Our program is designed to inspire change in the current situation with Board composition – but we are inclusive and welcoming of all.
I Missed a Webinar, Can I Still Get a Certificate of Completion for the Program?
Yes, you can catch up by watching the recordings.
Are my travel expenses included in the fee to attend the live event?
One night’s hotel accommodation at the Balboa Bay Hotel is included, along with all meals during the event. But you will need to cover your own travel costs to/from the event location.
The program fees are more than I can pay at this time. What Can I do?
OWL may be able to provide a limited number of scholarships to this new program. Complete an application HERE for consideration.
I’m a little nervous about Travel during the Pandemic.
We anticipate a more relaxed environment by September 2021, but will be monitoring the situation and following all CDC guidelines, as well as any California restrictions. The Balboa Bay Resort benefits from spacious indoor and outdoor areas, and the California climate is favorable at this time of year.
Am I guaranteed a seat on a Board by attending this Program?
While we cannot make any guarantees that you will be recruited for a Board seat, our complete program will position you for success and connect you with recruiters.
