Mentoring

Dozens of OWL members are already participating in the Mentoring Program.  Mentors and mentees alike report the benefits of mentorship.

Our mentoring model:

• Embraces the concepts of lifelong learning and continuous improvement
• Is based on adult learning theory
• Produces a reciprocal relationship that is collegial and collaborative
• Is designed to be intentional, customized and goal-oriented
